Job Summary

A company is looking for an Environmental Health & Safety Technician.

Responsibilities:

Ensure workplace compliance with safety regulations through audits, safety plans, and employee training
Identify and assess workplace risks, recommend measures to minimize and control risks, and implement preventive actions
Monitor operational processes, generate assessment documentation, and report to management and regulatory agencies

Qualifications:

3+ years of EH&S compliance experience
Preferred certifications: CSP, CIH, CPEA, or CHMM
Thorough understanding of safety rules and regulations
Ability to comprehend and defend safety programs
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
