Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex public health processes into user stories and lead discovery sessions with health department staff

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in governmental public health (local, state, federal, or tribal)
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex systems and workflows
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience translating between technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfort working with AI tools and large language models
