A company is looking for an Environmental Health Subject Matter Expert in Public Health Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter authority on environmental health licensing, permitting, and inspection programs
• Define and validate licensing workflows, permitting processes, and inspection protocols for software implementations
• Guide technical teams with contextual expertise to ensure solutions align with operational realities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in environmental health at a local, state, tribal, or federal health department
• Hands-on experience with licensing, permitting, and inspection processes
• Participation in at least one enterprise IT implementation or software migration in a government setting
• Deep understanding of inspection workflows and environmental health reporting requirements
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
