Environmental Inventory Manager

Job Summary

Owning the systems and processes for greenhouse gas accounting, the full-time remote Environmental Inventory Manager will ensure the accuracy and credibility of GE Vernova's GHG emissions inventory while supporting regulatory compliance and sustainability commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual GHG inventory and develop internal policies governing greenhouse gas accounting across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions
• Collect, analyze, and manage environmental data to drive data quality and continuous improvement in sustainability reporting
• Contribute to mandatory and voluntary reporting submissions, including the Carbon Disclosure Project and annual Sustainability Report

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, Environmental Science, or a related quantitative field or equivalent professional experience
• Considerable experience in carbon management and corporate-level emissions accounting
• Demonstrated expertise in the GHG Protocol and familiarity with SEC climate disclosure rules and CSRD
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
