A company is looking for a Senior Environmental Scientist / Geologist / Hydrogeologist / Engineer (Testifying Expert Witness).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a testifying expert witness in complex environmental litigation matters
- Lead technical evaluations of disputed environmental issues and oversee forensic analyses
- Interface with legal counsel and clients, providing strategic technical support and managing multiple projects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 15+ years of consulting experience in environmental litigation cases
- M.S. or Ph.D. in environmental science, geology, hydrogeology, engineering, or a related discipline
- Expert knowledge of regulatory requirements for remedial investigation and risk assessment
- Proven technical leadership and project management skills
- Experience with high-risk contaminants and complex scientific dataset analysis
