Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-time Faculty in Environmental Management to provide teaching and instruction remotely, serving as subject matter experts and engaging in curriculum maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses within the discipline, including conducting weekly student outreach and facilitating discussion boards
  • Review student submissions, providing substantive feedback, and host a minimum of two live lectures throughout the course
  • Assist with curriculum maintenance, resolve academic integrity concerns, and participate in faculty development opportunities

Required Qualifications and Education
  • Terminal or master's degree in the teaching discipline or a closely related discipline from an accredited program/college/university
  • For undergraduate courses: 18 graduate semester credit hours in the teaching discipline or a closely related discipline; for graduate courses: a terminal degree or 18 graduate semester credit hours in the discipline
  • Minimum of two years' experience in the teaching discipline/field for undergraduate courses, and five years' for graduate courses
  • Experience teaching at the college/university level is preferred
  • Must provide own equipment including a computer, telephone, and reliable internet access
