Job Summary

A company is looking for an Environmental & Permitting Director in Nuclear Energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead environmental and permitting strategies aligned with corporate and project objectives
• Direct the quality and regulatory consistency of environmental documentation and permit applications
• Supervise and mentor environmental staff and coordinate cross-functional integration with engineering and licensing teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in environmental regulation, permitting, or environmental review
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, ecology, natural resources, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of NEPA processes and environmental impact analysis
• Experience engaging with permitting authorities across federal, state, tribal, and local jurisdictions
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop integrated environmental strategies aligned with project schedules
