Job Summary

A company is looking for an Environmental and Permitting SME.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute environmental and permitting strategies for multi-technology projects
• Secure required federal, state, and local permits and approvals, tracking status and identifying risks
• Lead environmental and permitting due diligence for potential M&A projects and provide strategic recommendations

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in environmental permitting or regulatory compliance for large-scale infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated experience in advancing land use and environmental approvals across jurisdictions
• Familiarity with key environmental laws and regulatory frameworks
• Experience working with local, state, and federal agencies or environmental NGOs
