Environmental Program Specialist

Job Summary

Providing general customer support for the HMMS program, the full-time Environmental Program Specialist will assist with the operation of the HMMS system, manage hazardous materials documentation, and support data cleanup activities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as an application expert for the HMMS system, aiding in its general operations
• Process and coordinate documents related to the movement, storage, and shipment of hazardous materials and waste
• Assist with inventory management and data reconciliation for HMMS functions

Required qualifications:

• U.S. Citizen with the ability to verify employment eligibility using Form I-9
• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of clerical experience
• Knowledge of Hazardous Materials and/or Hazardous Waste
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
