Environmental Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Environmental Project Manager to oversee and manage environmental projects and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) projects, ensuring quality control throughout
• Coordinate team efforts and mentor staff to ensure timely project delivery
• Perform quality assurance reviews and communicate project expectations effectively

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, biology, or a related field
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in environmental consulting, due diligence, or risk management
• Extensive knowledge of ASTM-1527 and Phase I ESA processes
• Specific experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac report formats
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality results on time
