Environmental Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ESA Environmental Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple Phase I ESA projects, ensuring quality control throughout each project's life cycle
• Coordinate efforts of team members and field staff to deliver projects according to plan
• Perform quality assurance and quality control reviews of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, biology, or a similar technical discipline
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in environmental consulting, due diligence, or risk management-related services
• Extensive knowledge of ASTM-1527 and the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment process
• Specific experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac report formats
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and deliver quality results on time
