Environmental Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading a diverse portfolio of environmental projects, the full-time Environmental Project Manager will manage project execution, write and review technical reports, and prepare marketing presentations, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite in King of Prussia or Philadelphia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage environmental projects while ensuring quality work and safe performance
• Write and review technical reports and proposals, and prepare marketing presentations
• Hire and manage subcontractors, mentor scientific staff, and support client communications for business growth

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant environmental experience, preferably with a focus on remediation and environmental investigation projects
• Additional certification such as PG, LSRP, or PE is strongly desired
• Proficiency in applicable regulations and guidance (e.g., PADEP, NJDEP, NYSEC)
• Ability to manage projects to completion within budget and identify out-of-scope tasks for change order approval
• Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint, DOMO, and HubSpot is a plus
