Environmental Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Environmental Project Manager specializing in NEPA and wetlands, this remote position will manage environmental projects ensuring compliance with regulations, assist in permit applications, and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage NEPA compliance projects, including Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) and Environmental Assessments (EA)
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and agency counterparts while identifying potential project pursuits
• Conduct environmental analyses and coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies to ensure effective communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related field (master's degree desirable)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental planning and NEPA compliance
• Proven experience in leading and managing NEPA projects
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations
• Prior team leadership/staff management experience is desirable
