Seeking a full-time Subject Matter Expert in Environmental Psychology and Biophilic Design to develop online undergraduate courses focused on biophilic design principles, healthy built environments, and human-environment interactions, collaborating with program directors and learning experience designers in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop curricula for undergraduate courses on biophilic design and related topics
• Collaborate with program directors and learning experience designers to create engaging online learning experiences
• Integrate applied projects that enhance student understanding of environmental psychology and design principles

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's minimum) in Environmental Psychology, Architecture, Public Health, or a related field
• Professional expertise or research experience in biophilic design and human-environment interactions
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary approaches connecting psychology, ecology, and design
• Ability to write clear, student-facing instructional materials
• Willingness to utilize generative AI tools to enhance learning outcomes
