Environmental Risk Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Environmental and Engineering Risk Manager in Commercial Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive environmental and engineering risk assessments for commercial real estate transactions
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommending risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant environmental regulations while collaborating with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in environmental and/or engineering risk management in commercial real estate or financial services
• Experience conducting and reviewing environmental site assessments and property condition assessments
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations applicable to commercial real estate
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure
