Environmental Services Aide

Job Summary

To maintain a clean and safe environment, the part-time hourly Environmental Services Aide will perform cleaning and sanitation tasks in various areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and disinfecting of assigned areas, including patient rooms and common spaces
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste materials according to safety protocols
• Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and report any equipment issues

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a cleaning or environmental services role is a plus
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Availability to work day shifts as required
