Job Summary

Leading the operational and strategic initiatives, the full-time salaried Environmental Services Director will manage cleaning, sanitizing, and waste removal functions across multiple healthcare facilities in Juneau, Alaska, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while driving service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Plans and directs all cleaning, sanitizing, and waste removal functions to meet operational and financial goals
• Oversees custodial and housekeeping activities across several facilities, including remote clinics
• Builds client relationships and manages financial performance, ensuring adherence to budget and operational metrics

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in Environmental Services (EVS), facilities, or custodial management
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multi-site operations effectively
• Experience in operational processes, including labor management and compliance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Healthcare or medical office building experience is a plus
