Job Summary

Working on-site from 5 PM to 1 AM, the full-time salaried Environmental Services Supervisor will oversee environmental services operations, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met across various NYC locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the environmental services team, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly
• Train and supervise staff, fostering a team-oriented environment and promoting professional development

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in facilities management or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in environmental services or facilities management, with supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards in a healthcare environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
• Certification in infection control or related training is a plus
