Job Summary

Managing project workflows and report preparation, the remote Senior Project Manager - Fannie/Freddie Agency ESA Reviewer will oversee technical reviews, ensure compliance with Agency Guidelines, and collaborate with field teams to deliver high-quality Environmental Site Assessments for commercial properties.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project setup, assignment, and communication with Field Managers regarding project requirements and progress
• Review and submit ESA reports, ensuring documentation meets Agency standards and resolving any outstanding issues
• Collaborate with project delivery and client relationship teams to exceed client expectations and maintain project quality

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in managing or completing Environmental Site Assessments
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or a related discipline
• Environmental Professional (EP) certification in accordance with ASTM designation
• Proficiency with ASTM E1527-21 and experience with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and HUD project scopes preferred
• Strong technical writing skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
