Environmental Site Assessment Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ESA Report Writer to prepare Phase I Environmental Site Assessments remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Phase I ESA Reports in accordance with ASTM E1527 and client specifications
• Conduct interviews and review historical information to identify potential environmental concerns
• Interpret records and photographs to support findings in ESA reports

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in environmental science, geology, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience performing Phase I ESAs per ASTM E1527
• Preferred state certifications for ACM, Lead, Mold, and Radon
• Preferred certification for US EPA AHERA and AARST NRPP
• Compliance with local regulations may require specific licenses or certifications
