Job Summary

A company is looking for an Environmental Site Assessor.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with ASTM E1527 and client scopes
• Conducts interviews and reviews historical information to identify potential environmental concerns
• Interprets findings from various records and databases to assess environmental impacts on properties

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in environmental science, geology, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience performing Phase I ESAs per ASTM E1527 standards
• Preferred certifications for ACM, Lead, Mold, Radon; US EPA AHERA and AARST NRPP
• Specific licenses or certifications may be required based on local regulations
