Environmental Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer/Editor IV - Environmental Remediation.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and refine complex technical reports, proposals, and project documents for clarity and compliance
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Word skills for formatting and automation to produce polished documents
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure adherence to document management protocols and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Information Science, Environmental Science, or a related discipline AND 6 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 suite, including advanced formatting and collaborative editing
• Experience in document and information management, including version control and secure archiving
• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in a scientific or technical field is preferred
• Prior experience in technical editing or content development within environmental remediation or related sectors
