Job Summary

A company is looking for an Environmental Underwriter Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as point of contact for agents/brokers, answering questions and resolving low complexity issues
• Gather information on behalf of underwriters and facilitate overall serving of accounts
• Ensure accuracy of information inputted into systems and maintain a suspense and follow-up system

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in underwriting support or similar role
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients and team members
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of insurance industry and compliance standards
