Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for discipline administrators and ensure the availability of all production systems and applications
• Act as a single point of contact for critical, high, and moderate priority production outages
• Deliver 24x7x365 support and manage on-call responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of work experience or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Windows, Unix, and Networking based production environments
• Experience with root cause investigation and incident resolution
• Advanced knowledge of network and server technologies
• Ability to document and maintain compliant change management processes
