EOI Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EOI Liaison (PLADS).

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as a single point of contact for escalated member-specific issues and broader customer matters
• Assists customers in understanding EOI processes and proactively resolves related issues
• Manages projects and performs other related duties as required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 1 - 3 years of experience with Group Life and Disability products
• 1 - 3 years of experience with medical underwriting systems and automation
• Customer service experience
• Experience using MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
