EOR Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the EOR Implementation Manager will oversee the implementation of employer of record services, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients and ensure smooth transitions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and compliance requirements
• Monitor and report on implementation progress, identifying and mitigating risks

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in project management or client implementation roles
• Strong understanding of employer of record services and compliance regulations
• Experience working in a remote environment with diverse teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
