EPA Certified Appliance Technician

Job Summary

To ensure excellent consumer experience in after-sales service, the full-time EPA Certified Appliance Technician will diagnose and perform in-home repairs on major appliances while operating remotely within the Charleston, SC area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and complete in-home repairs on Frigidaire and Electrolux appliances, aiming for single-visit resolutions
• Utilize field service management tools to manage routes, document service calls, and access technical resources
• Maintain accurate inventory of parts on the service vehicle while adhering to company safety protocols

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED preferred or equivalent appliance repair experience
• 2+ years of experience in the appliance repair industry (5+ years without a diploma)
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks, physical exams, and drug screenings
• EPA or CFC Certification preferred
• Basic technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and FSM tools
