Job Summary

A company is looking for an FM Engineering Ops Sr Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop technical staff while overseeing operations, maintenance, and budgeting
• Improve preventive maintenance programs and create safety manuals
• Coordinate with contractors for building systems maintenance and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in commercial building/engineering operations or equivalent trade school training
• Must possess Universal EPA/CFC certification
• Proficient computer skills, including EMS programming and familiarity with fire alarm systems
