Leading a team of Quality Support Specialists, the full-time remote Services Environmental & Safety Manager will oversee environmental compliance programs, ensuring adherence to EPA regulations while providing technical guidance on various environmental hazards in construction and remodeling.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for environmental compliance reviews and audits
- Serve as a subject matter expert on EPA regulations and provide technical guidance on environmental hazards
- Analyze audit findings and implement corrective actions to enhance compliance execution
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 10 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field with equivalent experience
- Demonstrated expertise in the EPA Lead Renovation, Repair, and Painting Rule
- Previous experience leading, coaching, and developing employees
- Experience interpreting environmental regulations and conducting compliance audits
- OSHA 10-hour certification
