EPC Contracts Manager

Job Summary

To support the build-out of project portfolios, the full-time EPC Contracts Manager will manage contract negotiations, coordinate legal reviews, and provide support to project teams throughout contract fulfillment in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate EPC contracts and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of agreements
• Track commercial decisions across projects to maintain consistency in EPC contracts
• Provide contract support for project execution teams during the construction phase

Required qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in contract negotiation and management, preferably in the renewable energy or power generation industry
• Extensive experience with complex EPC agreements specific to utility-scale renewable energy projects
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline; law degree is a plus
• Experience with project or contract management software such as Procore or Malbek
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
