EPC Cost Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EPC Cost Estimator to prepare complete estimates for assigned projects of medium size and complexity.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare complete estimates for assigned projects and coordinate total estimating efforts
• Develop pricing using industry standard guidelines and prepare quantity takeoffs
• Interface with owners and contractors to provide engineering and cost data regarding project feasibility

Required Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor degree preferred, or relevant experience in estimating
• Minimum of 1-2 years of construction cost estimating experience
• Knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control is essential
• Familiarity with disciplines of estimating: Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, I&C, Pipeline, Storage, M&R
