EPC Cost Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EPC Cost Estimator to prepare complete estimates for assigned projects of medium size and complexity.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare complete estimates for assigned projects and develop pricing using industry standard guidelines
• Review proposal specifications and coordinate total estimating efforts relevant to particular bids/projects
• Utilize cost estimating software and maintain files of working documents as backup for estimate figures

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control, with the ability to interpret computerized cost data
• 1-2 years of construction cost estimating working experience
• Associates or Bachelor degree preferred, or relevant experience in estimating
• Disciplines of estimating required include Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, I&C, Pipeline, Storage, and M&R
• EST certification is preferred; core hours are 9a-3p
