EPC Cost Estimator

Job Summary

To support utility, energy, and infrastructure projects, the contract EPC Cost Estimator III will develop detailed construction cost estimates remotely while collaborating with engineering, construction, and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for medium-sized EPC projects across various contract types
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop pricing using industry-standard estimating guides and software tools
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine scope, risks, and estimate requirements

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of construction estimating principles and computerized estimating systems
• Experience estimating disciplines such as Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or Pipeline
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Minimum of 1-2 years of construction cost estimating experience in an EPC or construction environment
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent estimating experience will be considered
