EPC Technical Director

Job Summary

Providing senior-level technical guidance, the full-time remote EPC Technical Director will manage client accounts, oversee technical staff, and ensure high-quality service delivery within the Environmental & Property Condition team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare scopes of work and fee proposals while acting as the primary technical contact for clients
• Oversee project scoping, service delivery, and implement quality assurance procedures for all projects
• Mentor and develop technical staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, environmental science, geology, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial building evaluation or environmental site assessment
• At least 10 years of experience in client management and developing accounts
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory role with direct report responsibilities
• Mastery level knowledge of scope differences for underwriting and acquisition/disposition
