Key Responsibilities

Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative services for clients
Apply technical expertise to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client system issues
Mentor client project teams and track/document risks and issues

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of Epic experience
At least 1 current Epic certification
Some project management experience preferred
PMP certification strongly preferred for project management roles
Aptitude for mentoring and guiding others
