Epic Activation Lead

Job Summary

Responsible for the activation and deployment of the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system, the full-time Epic Activation Lead will collaborate with various teams to ensure system readiness and manage deployment activities in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed plans, schedules, and status reports for Epic deployment activities
• Identify and resolve deployment issues while implementing risk mitigation strategies
• Create and deliver deployment materials to support successful Epic implementation for diverse audiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or a related field
• Five years of experience in clinical or technical services, with a preference for experience in large-scale IT system deployments
• Equivalent combination of work and academic experience may be considered in lieu of the above requirements
