Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Epic analyst team, providing developer-level support
• Optimize system performance by applying knowledge of ambulatory applications and workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues within the Ambulatory module

Required Qualifications

• Epic Ambulatory Certification (required)
• Extensive experience with outpatient/clinic workflows and clinical application support
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
• Experience managing complex issues
