Job Summary

Supporting Virtual Care and Unified Communications, the full-time Epic Ambulatory Analyst will manage system configuration, workflow analysis, and optimization of Epic Ambulatory applications while collaborating with both inpatient and ambulatory teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Ambulatory applications and integrated workflows
  • Lead and support Virtual Care initiatives, including telehealth scheduling and remote workflow integration
  • Analyze current-state workflows and recommend solutions to improve clinician experience and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field
  • Two years of IT systems and/or operational experience with a Bachelor's degree
  • Experience supporting Epic Virtual Care workflows or mobile applications
  • Knowledge of ambulatory and inpatient clinical operations
  • Experience with workflow analysis, system design, and end-user support
