To support healthcare organizations in overcoming challenges, the full-time Epic Ambulatory/MyChart Analyst will manage complex projects, drive strategic process improvements, and serve as a trusted advisor, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic process improvements for healthcare clients using Epic Ambulatory and MyChart solutions
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients, fostering strong relationships and open communication

Required qualifications

• Epic Ambulatory certification is required
• 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor
• Epic MyChart certification is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
