Epic Ambulatory Analyst

Job Summary

Providing essential analysis and support for Epic applications, the full-time Epic Ambulatory Analyst will work remotely to implement solutions, conduct training, and ensure system functionality aligns with departmental needs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze workflows and technical issues related to Epic software, recommending and implementing solutions
• Develop and document project procedures, manage change control processes, and assist in training end users
• Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and troubleshoot issues to optimize system performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field
• Two years of Epic or integrated EMR experience
• Epic Module Certification as required by the position
• Associate degree in Computer Science or related field with four years of relevant IT experience may be considered
• High School Diploma or equivalent with seven years of related IT experience may also be considered
