Job Summary
Providing essential analysis and support for Epic applications, the full-time Epic Ambulatory Analyst will work remotely to implement solutions, conduct training, and ensure system functionality aligns with departmental needs.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze workflows and technical issues related to Epic software, recommending and implementing solutions
- Develop and document project procedures, manage change control processes, and assist in training end users
- Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and troubleshoot issues to optimize system performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field
- Two years of Epic or integrated EMR experience
- Epic Module Certification as required by the position
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field with four years of relevant IT experience may be considered
- High School Diploma or equivalent with seven years of related IT experience may also be considered
