Job Summary
Providing comprehensive analysis and support for Epic applications, the full-time Epic Ambulatory Analyst will implement solutions, conduct training, and ensure effective application functionality in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze workflows and technical issues related to Epic software, making build decisions based on user preferences and business operations
- Develop and document procedures for system changes, ensuring thorough testing and communication of system issues
- Participate in training development and delivery, providing end-user support during implementation and troubleshooting inquiries
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field
- Two years of Epic or integrated EMR experience
- Epic Module Certification as required by the position
- In lieu of a degree, an Associate degree with four years of related IT experience or a High School Diploma with seven years of related experience may be considered
- One year of Epic build and/or support experience may also be considered in lieu of the educational and experience requirements
