Epic Ambulatory Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance clinical application workflows, the full-time remote Epic Ambulatory Analyst will plan, design, implement, and support clinical application software while collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering post-implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement, and optimize clinical application software
• Consult with users to identify operational needs and clarify application objectives
• Perform workflow assessments and analyze internal systems for optimal application utilization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Epic certification in Ambulatory required
• 3 to 7 years of related experience in clinical applications
• In-depth knowledge of clinical application configuration and workflows
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
