Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Epic Ambulatory/Kaleidoscope Analyst, the successful candidate will drive strategic process improvements, manage complex projects, and provide advisory support to healthcare organizations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Epic functionality, ensuring effective support for outpatient rehabilitation workflows
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor teams to translate complex requests into practical solutions
- Utilize Epic certifications and technical expertise to enhance healthcare operations and workflows
Required qualifications
- Current EpicCare Ambulatory certification is required
- Epic Security certification or hands-on Security experience is strongly preferred
- Epic Kaleidoscope certification or hands-on Kaleidoscope experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with Epic Dermatology and Bones Knowledge Tracks is preferred
- Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and healthcare operations
