Epic Ambulatory Application Analyst

Job Summary

To support enterprise healthcare applications, the remote contract Epic Ambulatory Application Analyst will manage system design, configuration, and optimization while serving as a subject matter expert for clinical and operational workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise healthcare applications, supporting complex clinical, operational, and financial workflows
• Independently manage system design, configuration, testing, deployment, maintenance, and ongoing support activities
• Analyze business requirements and operational processes to identify issues, determine root causes, and recommend effective solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• An active Epic Ambulatory certification; Healthy Planet experience preferred but not required
• 5+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or optimizing enterprise healthcare applications, specifically Epic Ambulatory module
• Experience with system configuration, workflow analysis, enhancements, integrations, and troubleshooting in complex healthcare environments
