Job Summary
To enhance healthcare technology solutions, the full-time Epic Ambulatory Application Analyst will support the application lifecycle, including planning, configuration, testing, and optimization of Epic applications, while working remotely with clinical stakeholders and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support the full application lifecycle for Epic applications, including planning, design, and maintenance
- Serve as an escalation point for complex application and system issues while coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve application performance and workflows, participating in incident and change management processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years of experience supporting healthcare information systems or related technologies
- Epic Proficiency, Accreditation, or Certification
- Experience supporting Epic Ambulatory and related Epic modules
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
