Job Summary

A company is looking for an EPIC Ambulatory Applications Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and implement solutions to improve workflow and processes
• Assist in evaluating systems and implementing enhancements to existing applications
• Consult and communicate extensively with clinical and administrative staff regarding application usage

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• EPIC Ambulatory certification and experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or 2-5 years of relevant healthcare/IT experience
• Experience with clinical assessment, planning, and project management
• Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• ITIL course completion within one year of hire
