Job Summary
To enhance clinical workflows, the full-time remote Epic Ambulatory Applications Analyst will plan, design, implement, and optimize clinical application software while collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing ongoing support.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, design, implement, and maintain clinical application software to ensure optimal utilization
- Consult with users to assess current procedures and clarify application needs and objectives
- Deliver post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for clinical applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Epic certification in Ambulatory required
- 3 to 7 years of related experience in clinical applications
- In-depth knowledge of clinical application workflows and configuration
- Basic skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
