Job Summary
To enhance healthcare delivery, the full-time EPIC Ambulatory Applications Analyst will manage application software support, project management, and system enhancements while working remotely from specific states.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct project management activities, including analysis, design, implementation, education, and support of assigned application software
- Evaluate systems and prepare analysis of alternatives to improve workflow and processes in collaboration with clinical and administrative staff
- Assist departments in utilizing applications effectively to maintain patient safety, improve workflow, and ensure cost containment
Required qualifications
- EPIC Ambulatory certification and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or 2-5 years of relevant healthcare/IT experience
- Experience in clinical information systems implementation and project management
- Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
