Job Summary

To enhance healthcare delivery, the full-time EPIC Ambulatory Applications Analyst will manage application software support, project management, and system enhancements while working remotely from specific states.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct project management activities, including analysis, design, implementation, education, and support of assigned application software
  • Evaluate systems and prepare analysis of alternatives to improve workflow and processes in collaboration with clinical and administrative staff
  • Assist departments in utilizing applications effectively to maintain patient safety, improve workflow, and ensure cost containment
Required qualifications
  • EPIC Ambulatory certification and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, clinical area, or related field, or 2-5 years of relevant healthcare/IT experience
  • Experience in clinical information systems implementation and project management
  • Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
