- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Epic Ambulatory applications
- Perform in-depth analyses of workflows, data collection, and technical issues related to the software
Required Qualifications
- Epic Ambulatory Certification
- General lab workflow knowledge (Softlab, Quest, Orchard)
- Strong ambulatory troubleshooting skills
- Expertise in masterfiles: EAP, LRR, LLB, OSQ, ASP, LPF, LRS
- Experience in training and development for end-users
