Epic Ambulatory Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Sr. Manager, Ambulatory and MyChart.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Epic Ambulatory and MyChart Applications
• Guide the team to optimize critical ambulatory systems, focusing on genetic counselor workflows and genomic data integrations
• Interface between strategic business needs and technical delivery to ensure quality system builds and reliable user experiences

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Ambulatory and MyChart with multiple full implementations
• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams or leading large-scale initiatives
• Demonstrated success in overseeing enterprise-level change initiatives involving optimization
• Deep understanding of Ambulatory Clinical workflows, including scheduling and clinical documentation
• Advanced knowledge of EMR/EHR integrations, including HL7 messaging and APIs
